I know the Northeast is getting hit pretty hard this weekend, but weather in Tampa is beautiful. My prayers go out to all who must endure the blizzard conditions.

Hachette Group, Penguin and Simon and Schuster have finally launched Bookish, the book recommendation service first announced nearly two years ago. Tell them up to four books that you like, and they'll make custom book recommendations for you.
I found that Bookish didn't have a lot of the Christian fiction titles I tried to enter, and that no matter how I changed my four books, it pretty much based its recommendations largely on the first title. They've got over a quarter of a million books in their system and adding more daily so it should get better with time.

Fascinating bit about the 89-year-old man who's been writing romances for years under a female pseudonym. Don't know when the pictures were taken, but he doesn't look anything like 89. I guess romance keeps him young!
He does look pretty good for 89, doesn't he? More like early 70s. See how healthy a romance habit can be?
